Shoshana Neuer began her long career in education by teaching grade 1, a job she adored. After taking a leave of absence to raise her family of 7 children, she returned to Hebrew Academy teaching the 4 year old class in the pre-school. She immediately fell in love with the world of early childhood education and became a household name as the beloved Morah Shoshana. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she eventually assumed the position of Director of CPE Hebrew Academy, a position she continues to hold. She has also taught early childhood education to students in the early childhood education program at Cegep Marie Victorin and Cegep de Sainte-Foy.

Shoshana's philosophy is to teach every child according to their path, and that early intervention is a critical part of childhood development. Hundreds of pre-school children over the years have been inspired by the art, science, poetry, literature and by the amazingly interactive Parashat Hashavua that she brings to her classroom. Years later, her students remember the things they learned in her class. They remember raising caterpillars and releasing them as butterflies, learning all about dinosaurs and painting pictures of sunflowers just like famous artists.

Shoshana is married to Moishe Neuer and they are proud parents and grandparents of many changemakers.
