A graduate of McGill's Faculty of Engineering, Ervin Spinner honed his tech expertise first as a junior engineer, then project manager and eventually as an executive at the helm of multiple companies in avionics, transportation, electronics, and communications. As a founding member and consultant to a Canadian vaccine company, he stood at the forefront of public welfare. Still, throughout his decades-long career, Ervin's primary concern was the people with whom he worked. More than anything, he cared that his employees and colleagues reached their fullest potential, painstakingly supporting them in all their pursuits. To that end, he was always on the lookout for changemakers, and sought every opportunity to help them thrive.  

Over the years, the name 'Mr. Spinner' has become something of a household name among graduate school applicants. He has spent countless hours devoted to the success of his students-recent CEGEP and university graduates-in their pursuits of higher education in the fields of medicine, dentistry, law and more. Ervin has spent the better part of two decades helping them with their applications, preparing them for  interviews, and writing resumes and essays-never once expecting anything in return but the joy of seeing them succeed.
